It was successfully held in Milan on the 24th June the presentation of the new communication project of Friuli Via dei Sapori, the consortium led by Walter Filiputti, which gathers together "twenty wine& food stars from Friuli Venezia Giulia ", twenty among the best restaurants and wine producers in the region, including the companies Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore.
The new project, which provides for the launch of the membership card "Friuli Via dei Sapori l’Eccellenza a Tavola" was presented during the press conference held in Milan at Palazzo Bovara at the presence of hundred of journalists.
After the press conference the chefs and winemakers offered a selection of perfectly matched dishes and wines from Friuli.
By the same formula, the event Friuli Via dei Sapori was also carried out on the 9th July in the beautiful setting of Villa Riello Pera in Gaiarine, in the province of Treviso. For the occasion the winery Marco Felluga offered the Collio Pinot Gris Riserva Mongris 2005 in conjunction with the dish served by the restaurant Androna from Grado. The event had a great success, recording a presence of almost 800 participants.
On July the 22th Friuli via dei Sapori will be in Grado, on the terrace of the promenade, to delight the attendants with other delicacies of the Friuli’s wine & food tradition..
